Chrome blocks extensions on internal pages such as chrome:// pages and the Chrome Web Store. Try a normal website and reload the tab before capturing again.
A complex page looks incomplete
Open Settings and enable “Expand all inner scroll areas.” Full Page Capture handles parallel, nested, vertical, and horizontal scroll regions, but highly dynamic or virtualized pages may still change during capture.
Where are captures stored?
Capture history and preferences stay in Chrome’s local extension storage. Files are saved to Downloads only when you request an export or enable automatic downloading.
How do I remove saved captures?
Open History to delete individual captures or clear the full local library. You can also disable capture history in Settings.
When reporting a bug, include the webpage address, Chrome version, and a short description of what appeared incorrectly. Do not send private screenshots unless they are necessary and safe to share.
